Please follow the signs as soon as you're in the area- Please note: The parking lot is not accessible via Kasteellaan. Follow only the marked route.
- Parking is prohibited in the immediate vicinity, and this rule is strictly enforced.
- Prepaid parking ticket: €12, including a €1.50 service fee. Add this to your order.
- On-site parking tickets cost €13.

- There is free, unguarded bicycle parking at the entrance.
- Address: Parkweg 5, 3455 RH Haarzuilens. Please follow the signage and instructions of the traffic controllers once you are in the area.
- Important: There is no vehicular access via Castle Avenue, the normal entrance to the parking lot. Please follow the designated route.
- There is a parking ban in the immediate area which is strictly enforced by the police.
- A parking ticket costs €12 (incl. €2.5 service fee), don't forget to add a parking ticket to your order.
- On-site parking tickets cost €13.

- In the overview of available time slots , you'll see a special slot labeled "Parking" for each day . Click on that specific slot.
- Add the parking ticket to your shopping cart and complete payment.

Yes, you can rebook your tickets up to 7 days before your scheduled visit. You can do this via the self-service. You simply convert your tickets into a voucher.
Note: The value of the voucher is equal to the ticket price minus the service fee. You can then use this voucher as a discount code when booking a new date.

Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Only in the rare case of extreme weather conditions, where we as an organization decide to cancel the event, you are entitled to a full refund. In all other cases, refunds are not possible.
Your ticket is tied to a specific time slot. We ask you to respect this time slot as much as possible to guarantee the flow of visitors. Do unforeseen circumstances make you arrive a little earlier or later? No worries, you do not have to rebook your tickets. A small deviation from your time slot is allowed.
