1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all tickets and visits to the event 'The Luminous Nights of Castle de Haar', hereinafter referred to as "the Event".
1.2. By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.3. The organizer of the Event is Urban Mapping BV, located at Doornstraat 5 bus0051, 8500 Kortrijk, Belgium.
2.1. Tickets are available exclusively through the official website www.delumineuzenachten.nl/tickets.
2.2. Several ticket types are available:
2.3. Tickets for people with disabilities are intended for visitors who are hindered by their disability during the visit. This must be demonstrated with a European Disability Card.
2.4. Cancellations and refunds of tickets are not possible, except in cases described in Articles 5.3 and 5.4.
2.5. A €1.50 service fee will be charged per admission ticket.
2.6 Reselling of Tickets is only permitted via TicketSwap.
3.1. Accepted payment methods are: Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL and Bancontact.
4.1. The Event is open to all ages.
4.2. Event dates and times vary according to sunset. All dates are available via the calendar at www.delumineuzenachten.nl/tickets.
4.3. You are not permitted to bring your own food or drink to the Event.
4.4. Photography and film recordings by visitors are allowed, provided they are not made with (large) professional equipment that may interfere with other visitors. The recordings may not be used for commercial purposes.
5.1. The organization reserves the right to change the program without prior notice.
5.2. In case of extreme weather conditions or other forms of force majeure, the Event may be postponed or cancelled.
5.3. In case of cancellation, the organization will notify visitors by email at least 4 hours before the start of the first time slot on the day in question.
5.4. In case of cancellation due to force majeure, visitors will receive a voucher allowing them to choose a new time of visit. If the Event is sold out, visitors will be refunded via their original method of payment.
5.5. Visitors are not entitled to any form of additional compensation in case of cancellation due to force majeure, except for the refund or replacement of their ticket as described in Article 5.4.
6.1. First aid and safety personnel will be present during the Event.
6.2. The organization is not liable for personal property, injury or damage incurred during the Event, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the organization.
6.3. Attendance at the Event is at your own risk.
7.1. Visitors should behave calmly and follow the instructions of the staff immediately.
7.2. Dogs are welcome if leashed. Visitors are required to use and clean up dog poop bags. No other animals are allowed.
7.3. Visitors must stay on the designated paths.
7.4. It is not permitted:
7.5. There are several water features in the park. Visitors should always keep a close eye on their children.
7.6. Parking is permitted only in the visitor parking lot across the lot. Bicycles may be placed in the bicycle storage area near the visitor parking lot.
7.7. If the rules of conduct are violated, security personnel may remove visitors from the premises without refund of the admission ticket.
7.8. Visitors must comply with Castle de Haar's house rules, available at https://www.kasteeldehaar.nl/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/Huisregels-aug-22-1.pdf.
8.1. It is not permitted to use the (brand) name, logos or images of the Event for commercial purposes without written permission from the organization.
9.1. Complaints can be submitted through the contact page www.delumineuzenachten.nl/contact.
9.2. In case of disputes, the organization will strive to find a proper solution in consultation with the visitor.

11.1. The relationship between the Client and Urban Mapping is subject only to Belgian law. In case of dispute, only the courts of the district of Kortrijk are competent.
