Rebooking Tickets
We understand that sometimes plans change. That's why we encourage you, whenever possible, to rebook your tickets yourself via our self-service option. Not only is this faster for you, but it also ensures that we can best assist you during this busy period.
You can book your tickets up to two weeks before your visit rebooking. After this deadline, rebooking is no longer possible.
To help you, we have a video in which we explain step by step how to rebook your tickets yourself.
Rebooking your own Tickets via Self-Service
Follow these simple steps to rebook your tickets yourself and choose a new date:
1. Log in to your account using this link.
2. Locate your order and click'Cancel Order'.
3. Select a reason for cancellation and confirm by clicking 'Cancel Order'.
4. You will immediately receive a voucher code worth your original order (valid for 1 month).
5. Go to our ticket shop and choose a new date and time slot.
6. Select your tickets and any gift shop items.
7. Click'Use promo, credit or voucher code', enter your voucher and click'Redeem Code'.
8. Complete your order and enjoy your new visit!
Notice:
- If you rebook to a cheaper off-peak slot, you will not get a refund for the price difference.
- If you rebook to a more expensive time slot, you will have to pay extra.
In Which Cases Self-Service Is Not Possible:
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your tickets yourself in all situations:
- Orders containing a combination of tickets and gift shop items.
- Orders containing only gift shop items (such as books or magnets).

Voucher application
Make sure all details are entered correctly and completely.
After receiving your form, one of our employees will send you a voucher code, worth your original order. With this you can make a new booking at another time via our ticketshop.
