How to get to the event? Need parking ticket? Follow this link.
- Address: Kasteellaan 1, 3455 RH Haarzuilens. Please follow the signage once you are in the neighborhood.
- There is free, unguarded bicycle parking at the entrance.
- Address: Parkweg 5, 3455 RH Haarzuilens. Please follow the signage and instructions of the traffic controllers once you are in the area.
- Important: There is no vehicular access via Castle Avenue, the normal entrance to the parking lot. Please follow the designated route.
- There is a parking ban in the immediate area which is strictly enforced by the police.
- A parking ticket costs €12 (incl. €2.5 service fee), don't forget to add a parking ticket to your order.
- On-site parking tickets cost €13.

Yes, parking is not included in your admission ticket. Don't forget to add a parking ticket to your shopping cart during your online order as well. That way you are immediately assured of a parking space upon arrival.
Did you forget to book a parking ticket with your original order? No problem. Just follow these simple steps to add a separate parking ticket:
Your parking ticket is valid all day on the chosen date and is not tied to a specific time slot. So make sure the date matches your already purchased admission tickets.
- Go to our ticket shop.
- Choose in the calendar the exact date of your visit to The Luminous Nights.
- In the overview of available time slots, you will see a special slot labeled "Parking Only" on each day. Click on this specific slot.
- Add the parking ticket to your shopping cart and complete payment.

Yes, you can rebook your tickets up to 7 days before your scheduled visit. You can do this via the self-service. You simply convert your tickets into a voucher.
Note: The value of the voucher is equal to the ticket price minus the service fee. You can then use this voucher as a discount code when booking a new date.

Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Only in the rare case of extreme weather conditions, where we as an organization decide to cancel the event, you are entitled to a full refund. In all other cases, refunds are not possible.
Time slots with the 'Advantage' label are offered at €2 discount per admission ticket and €1 discount per parking ticket.
These are our off-peak hours: times when it is usually quieter in the park, such as on days outside school vacations or the later times in the evening. By spreading out the flow of visitors better, we ensure a more pleasant experience for everyone.

Your ticket is tied to a specific time slot. We ask you to respect this time slot as much as possible to guarantee the flow of visitors. Do unforeseen circumstances make you arrive a little earlier or later? No worries, you do not have to rebook your tickets. A small deviation from your time slot is allowed.
